Dipset Embassy is the official merchandise store of The Diplomats (Dipset). The store is owned and operated by Dipset Music Inc., the group's label entity, from New York City. Every item sold here is produced and sold under the authority of the rights holders. We are not a reseller, a dropshipper of third-party brands, or a secondhand marketplace — we sell only our own merchandise.

How our products are made
Every piece is made to order. We don't hold warehouse stock and we don't overproduce — production on your garment begins only after you place your order, which is how we keep editions limited and avoid waste.
Garments are produced by our apparel manufacturing partners and shipped directly to the address on your order. Orders are reviewed and released for production by hand, not automatically.

Because items are made to order, delivery takes longer than it would from a store shipping pre-made stock. We'd rather tell you that up front than surprise you after you've paid. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.
Pricing, taxes and duties
All prices are listed in US dollars. Shipping costs and any applicable taxes are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay — there are no fees added after purchase by us. Customers ordering outside the United States may be charged import duties or customs fees by their local carrier or customs authority. Those charges are set by your country, not by us, and are not included in the price you pay here.
Returns and refunds
Because every garment is made to order, our return terms differ from an off-the-shelf retailer's. The full terms — including what qualifies for a replacement or refund and how long you have to raise an issue — are set out in our Refund Policy. If something arrives damaged, misprinted, or wrong, email support@dipset.music with your order number and a photo and we will make it right.
