Who we are
Dipset Embassy is the official merchandise store of The Diplomats (Dipset), owned and operated by Dipset Music Inc., 2070 First Avenue, New York, NY 10029, United States. By placing an order on dipset.music you agree to these terms.

Made to order
All products are produced after you order. We don't hold warehouse stock. Production takes up to 15 business days; full timeframes are in our Shipping Policy.

Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to purchase. We accept it when we release it for production and confirm by email. We may decline or cancel an order before production — for example if an item is unavailable, a price was listed in error, or we can't verify payment. If we cancel, you receive a full refund.

Cancellations
You may cancel for a full refund at any time before your order ships. Email support@dipset.music with your order number. Full terms are in our Refund Policy.

Pricing and payment
All prices are in US dollars. Shipping and applicable taxes are shown at checkout before payment. International customers may owe import duties set by their own country; these aren't included in your order total.

Returns, replacements and refunds
Covered in full in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. In short: we replace or refund anything damaged, misprinted, wrong, or lost in transit; you can cancel any time before shipping; and EU and UK customers have a 14-day right of cancellation after delivery.

Authenticity and intellectual property
Dipset, The Diplomats, Dipset Embassy, and The Movement names, logos and designs are the property of their respective rights holders and are used here with authority. All merchandise sold through dipset.music is authentic. Site content, product designs and images may not be reproduced or used commercially without written permission.

Acceptable use
Don't use this site to break the law, interfere with its operation, or attempt unauthorized access. We may suspend access for misuse.

Fraud prevention
We may cancel orders we reasonably suspect to be fraudulent. We'll contact you first where possible, and any payment taken is refunded in full.

Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be waived.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of laws principles. This doesn't remove consumer protections available to you where you live.

Changes
We may update these terms. The current version is always posted here with its effective date.
