Shipping Policy

Production
Every piece is made to order — nothing ships from warehouse stock. Production takes up to 15 business days from the time your order is placed. If your order will take longer than that, we email you before the window closes, and you can cancel for a full refund at any point before it ships.

Delivery
Once production is complete, delivery takes 6–18 business days depending on destination and carrier. Free shipping within the United States. We ship to 46 countries.

Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by email when your order ships. Tracking can take one to two business days to show movement after it's issued.

Lost, stuck, or undelivered packages
If your package is lost in transit or tracking stops updating, email support@dipset.music. We'll replace or refund your order in full. Risk of loss stays with us until delivery.

Delivery addresses
We ship to the address entered on your order. If it was entered incorrectly, email us before the order ships and we'll correct it. Once a package is in transit to an incorrect address we may not be able to recover it, but contact us and we'll do what we can.

Customs and duties (international orders)
All prices are in US dollars. Shipping and any applicable taxes are shown at checkout before you pay. Customers outside the United States may be charged import duties or customs fees by their local customs authority. Those charges are set by your country, not by us, and aren't included in your order total. Customs delays are outside our control and don't count toward the delivery windows above.
