Processing Time
Each item is made to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for production — sometimes longer during high-demand periods (we stay busy, because y’all love us!).

Shipping Times
Delivery varies by country and carrier. Most orders arrive within 6–18 business days after production. We do not guarantee exact delivery dates.

Tracking
You’ll get a tracking number by email once your order ships. Please allow a day or two for it to update.

Delays & Customs
We’re not responsible for delays caused by customs, couriers, or incorrect shipping info. International customers are responsible for any customs fees.

Lost or Stuck Packages
Once shipped, it’s in the carrier’s hands. We’ll help where we can, but we can’t refund or replace orders lost in transit.
